Serco has been announced as one of six winners for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract from the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command.

As part of this project, Serco will work with the U.S. Navy on the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems.

The contract vehicle has a ceiling of $2.45 billion over a 5-year base period and one 5-year option period.

Serco will seek to gain contracts in the areas of program management, engineering design, and installation support services for the Navy. The installation services will include decommissioning and modernizing existing platforms, installation design, and installation of integrated C4ISR systems.

“Serco is proud of the work and solutions we have delivered to this Naval customer over the last 28 years,” said Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO at Serco. “We are excited to continue to compete for and win task orders in support of the Navy’s ships and submarines.”
