The U.S. Air Force has awarded Perspecta with its Secret Internet Protocol Router Network Enterprise Modernization program, a deal with a 5-year performance period and $162 million max ceiling value.
The program falls within the Air Force’s Enterprise Information Technology and Cyber Infrastructure Division of the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks Program Executive Office.
And under the contract, Perspecta will help the services branch develop a new standardized network infrastructure that streamlines management operations, fulfills security compliances and regularly updates security to thwart cyber threats.
“We are honored that the Air Force has selected us as their partner of choice for this critical transformation program,” said Mac Curtis, president and CEO at Perspecta.
“With a long history of successfully modernizing and managing complex, high-value networks and systems, we are confident that we have the right people, processes and technology to help our Air Force customer accelerate their modernization journey.”
This win comes just days after Perspecta was awarded a systems engineering and integration contract from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, receiving the first task order valued at $223 million.
