Corporate performance management solution company OneStream Software has named a duo of new members to its board of directors.
The two new additions, Five9 Executive Chairman Mike Burkland and former HubSpot Chief Financial Officer John Kinzer each brings decades of experience in expanding cloud software companies to OneStream’s board.
This move follows the addition of three new board members earlier this year: former CIA Director David Petraeus and Dave Welsh and Jimmy Miele of KKR.
Burkland served as CEO of Five9 and grew the company from an 80-person startup to an 800-person public company. Kinzer, an operating partner at the Stripes Group, also previously was CFO for Blackboard, Inc.
