Dovel Technologies has hired Kelly Demaitre as its new chief human resources officer, a role in which she will drive the company’s HR goals and develop new people and culture strategies.

With a track record of creating employee programs with organizations such as CACI, Federated IT, EXELIS and Booz Allen Hamilton, Demaitre is well regarded in her ability to overcome workforce challenges and drive organizational effectiveness, the company said.

“It is critical that our business maintains the entrepreneurship culture and enthusiasm for innovation with a focus on developing high quality solutions for our customers,” said Paul Leslie, Dovel CEO. “We are very excited to have Kelly on board to help us develop the programs that attract and retain the kind of employees that thrive in our environment, solving complex customer challenges.”

Over the last six years, Dovel, which provides solutions for complex regulatory environments, has transitioned from a small business to a mid-tier enterprise with annual revenues of over $200 million.

“I am excited to join such a dynamic and focused team,” Demaitre said. “What I admire most about Dovel is the executive leadership’s commitment to its people and culture and its efforts to support the company as it continues to grow. I look forward to helping enhance the culture and drive employee growth and development.”
