Software cloud provider Unanet has annouced the addition of industry veteran Donna Morea to its board of directors.
Morea is currently chair of SAIC’s board of directors and chair of SunTrust‘s risk committee, and sits on various private coporate and not-for-profit boards. She brings more than 30 years of operating experience to the table, as well as experience growing large-scale IT practices focused on strategic, enterprisewide solutions.
“I am thrilled to join Unanet and eager to work with the executive team to strengthen Unanet’s position as the market leading project-based [enterprise resource planning]provider,” Morea said. “This is an exciting moment to begin contributing to Unanet’s next phase of growth.”
Prior to retiring in December 2011, Morea spent 31 years at American Management Systems and CGI Group, which acquired AMS in 2004. She served as president of CGI Technologies and Solutions, leading the company’s IT and business process services in the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. Morea is also the first WashingtonExec Pinnacle Awards Hall of Fame recipient.
