Heather Gray Takes Role as VP of Capture, Proposals at SOSi

Heather M. Gray, SOSi

Following a recent string of several senior-level executive hires, SOS International has added Heather M. Gray as vice president of capture and proposals. 

Gray comes to SOSi from General Dynamics Information Technology, where she served as senior director of capture management. Before GDIT, she worked in several capture and proposal positions for AT&T and CACI, where she acted as director of capture management for over 10 years. 

Fluent in French, Japanese, Spanish and English, Gray is also a certified project management professional and holds both the Foundation and Practitioner Certification from the Association for Proposal Management Professionals. 

“With more than $4 billion in career wins, Heather is exactly the kind of hard-driving professional we were looking for,” said Kevin Henderson, SOSi senior vice president for corporate crowth. “Heather will enhance our Capture and Proposal teams by guiding opportunities, gathering competitive intelligence, and ensuring our pricing and marketing strategies continue to be exactly on target.”
