Technology company BlackHorse Solutions has acquired Amp+ Corp., a small business that provides next-generation intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and electronic warfare solutions for Defense Department customers.
As part of the acquisition, Amp+ will merge into BlackHorse as its own operating group under the direction of Scott Hopkins and John Narayan. Paul Stefanski will serve as BlackHorse chief technology officer.
“We are excited to be part of the BlackHorse team and believe this new combined entity will greatly accelerate our ability to deploy the revolutionary products and solutions our customers desire from us,” Stefanski said.
The combination of the two companies creates differentiated solutions and provides more depth of capabilities within the Cyber Electro Magnetic Activities market, said Mike Kushin, president and CEO of BlackHorse.
“We have worked with Amp+ in the past and they bring the same culture and commitment to serving our customer’s National Security needs,” he said.
