Trowbridge LLC has joined the small number of companies worldwide with a top-tier appraisal under the CMMI framework.
The company recently announced it has been appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration. The rating includes the optional Service System Development Process Area, which provides assurance of the company’s special focus on advancing and analyzing stakeholder requirements as leaders develop service systems and solutions for federal customers. Only a handful of companies in the world receive the SSD level 3 appraisal.
“The CMMI framework has proven invaluable throughout our evolution,” said Trowbridge President and CEO Cass Panciocco. “(It has provided) us with a well-established method to improve the performance of the essential elements and effective processes of successful organizations.”
This is the second consecutive time Trowbridge has opted to include SSD in its appraisal.
“The Trowbridge Commitment to Quality provides clients, employees, and business partners with assurance that Trowbridge is operating at peak efficiency and maximum efficacy,” said Chief Growth Officer Matthew Candy. “Our quality initiatives are not merely an exercise in compliance but a way to affirm our organizational commitment to continually improving the organization.”
Trowbridge provides cloud, cyber and next-generation digital solutions to defense, intelligence and federal civilian markets. The appraisal was performed by Two Harbors Consulting.
