    E3/Sentinel Elevates Saima Malik, Luke McFadden to VP Roles

    Saima Malik, E3/Sentinel

    E3/Sentinel has named Saima Malik vice president of human resources and recruiting and Luke McFadden vice president of the company’s civilian division.

    Malik has been with the firm for six years and is being elevated from director of HR. As vice president, she will oversee efforts to attract and retain E3/Sentinel’s workforce, and drive the firm’s HR and recruiting strategic direction. She brings more than 15 years of experience leading HR responsibilities, from benefits and employee relations to ethics and recruiting. At E3/Sentinel, Malik has been approaching HR has a proactive strategic partner that helps the firm achieve its goals through business strategies.

    Luke McFadden

    McFadden has spent two years with the firm as director overseeing the civilian division’s Transporation Department and emerging market accounts. As VP, he’ll oversee strategic direction, new and organic growth and delivery excellence. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and federal sectors managing consulting and project management, and a track record for supporting clients and leading large teams of technical and business personnel.

    E3/Sentinel CEO Andy Maner is excited to see Malik and McFadden take on their new roles.
