Olson has more than 30 years of experience in technology-related consulting leadership roles. Prior to ECS Federal, he served as executive vice president of InfoReliance, supporting cloud and cyber operations. Olson has also served in executive and senior leadership positions for Mediachase, Ernst & Young and PwC.

Prior to Cognosante, Wood served as CFO of Buchanan & Edwards from 2010 to 2015, making his current appointment a return. In his 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Woods has led growing government services providers through mergers and acquisitions and organic growth. He has also served as director of accounting for CGI, and was as a public accountant and senior auditor with Deloitte.

And Buchanan & Edwards is excited to have Olson and Wood join its leadership team to expand its technology solutions for government customers, according to company Co-founder and board Chairman Brian Karlisch.

“This is a critical time for our nation, which faces evolving threats and a rapidly changing technology landscape, and we believe that Eric and Carter will bring the kind of vision and leadership to our organization needed to help us bring transformative solutions to more customers in more ways that drive better results for a broad array of agency missions,” Karlisch said.
