SOSi International has bolstered its leadership team with the additions of Helle Huxley as vice president for strategic communications and Gregory Hayken as associate general counsel and vice president for contracts.
Huxley has more than 25 years of private sector experience, particularly in marketing. She is on the board of directors of nonprofit STEM for Her, and most recently served as chief marketing officer at technical and scientific consultant company Cadmus. Prior, Huxley was chief marketing officer at government cloud service provider Aquilent, and vice president of marketing at Deltek GovWin. She has also served as creative executive at Warner Bros Television and Sony/ATV Music Publishing.
Hayken spent 16 years as senior counsel in the intelligence and security sector of BAE Systems, and was responsible for policy, compliance and litigation management.
SOSi President and CEO Julian Setian said Hayken and Huxley bring valuable experience to the team.
“Helle will help amplify our value proposition to customers and employees, while Greg helps manage a myriad of issues from international trade compliance to intellectual property protection, supporting a rapidly growing technology portfolio,” Setian said.
This news follows the company’s recent appointment of two key executives to its leadership team in February: Kevin Henderson, formerly vice president of business operations at BAE Systems, as SVP for corporate growth; and Steven Shugart, previously president of both ARMA Aviation and GardaWorld Government Services.
