EverWatch, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has purchased Northwood Global Solutions, which provides technology solutions specializing in cloud architecture and migration, cybersecurity, analytics and big data systems architecture to the intelligence community.

“The partnership with the Northwood team helps EverWatch expand its technical capabilities and broadens our relationships and mission expertise within the Intelligence Community,” said John Hillen, CEO of EverWatch. “We are thrilled to welcome the Northwood employees to the EverWatch family and to continue building cutting edge capabilities to support our customers’ most critical missions.”

EverWatch was formed late last year via the merger of four Enlightenment acquisitions in the defense and intelligence sectors.

“As we continue to evolve and enhance the EverWatch platform, Northwood is a perfect addition to the EverWatch portfolio,” said Jason Rigoli, partner of Enlightenment Capital. “The combination of these highly talented individuals with the rest of the EverWatch team allows the Company to continue to provide essential technology solutions to the Intelligence Community.”

    No financial terms were disclosed.
