Amyx, Inc. has won a prime contract on a $2.5 billion Securities and Exchange Commission contract called ONE Office of Information Technology, which will provide the agency with a streamlined process to procure a suite of IT services and solutions.

The ONE OIT contract is a SEC-wide strategic sourcing vehicle intended to speed up acquisition, reduce cost and consolidate the hundreds of IT contracts to a limited group of awardees, according to the company. Task orders will be competed to support IT systems and software development.

“The SEC has been a fantastic client of Amyx for 5 years, and we are excited to continue to support this critical organization, with its diverse mission of protecting investors, maintaining fair, orderly, and efficient markets; and facilitating capital formation,” said President and CEO Satya Akula.

Amyx is a member of the 3A Joint Venture LLC, along with Alpha Omega Integration, and together the joint venture brings a variety of capabilities to the table.

“Additionally, the value that our Protégé, Alpha Omega Integration brings to the SEC, we are prepared to cover the full gamut of requirements as part of this contract,” Akula added.
