The 1901 Group has won a position on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s ONE IT indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract vehicle to provide IT infrastructure and management support.

The company joined the vehicle as part of the Ascella Technologies team, and will also help with ServiceNow development and data management services. ONE IT is a 10-year, $2.5 billion IDIQ Master Contract, covers enterprise IT services across seven channels of the agency and will provide integrated IT solutions through evolving need.

“We are proud to team with Ascella Technologies and leverage emerging technologies that will result in a cost-effective and reliable enterprise environment to advance SEC’s digital transformation for today and into the future,” said Sonu Singh, CEO of 1901 Group.

As a subcontractor to Ascella Technologies, the 1901 Group will also provide platform application management and development, business systems delivery, IT infrastructure and cloud management, IT governance, technology business management and information security.
