Advanced Concepts & Technologies International announced its business operations unit has been appraised at Capability Maturity Model Integration Level 3 for Services.

The appraisal was performed by Acme Process Group.

The CMMI for Services model is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.

“This is a great milestone for ACT I and we are extremely proud to receive this third-party validation for our work and processes,” said Claudio Monticelli, ACT I chief operating officer. “This appraisal, along with our ISO 9001:2015 certification, demonstrates our commitment to continuous performance improvement to deliver the best value to our customers. We are continually seeking inventive methods to streamline processes to meet our project’s objectives and our client’s mission.”
