Halfaker has linked up with HigherEchelon, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business, as part of a Small Business Administration-approved mentor-protege agreement.
As part of the partnership, Halfaker enables HigherEchelon to develop more sophisticated processes and support capabilities to effectively sell and manage larger prime contracts. In turn, HigherEchelon expands Halfaker’s knowledge base by sharing its consulting partner relationship with Salesforce, a cloud-based customer relationship management platform.
The SBA program enables small and large companies to allow companies to build relationships with shared benefits and growth opportunities.
As a testament to its growing and successful Salesforce practice, HigherEchelon was recognized as a 2018 Salesforce Consulting Partner Innovation Award winner for their work at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and achieved a customer satisfaction rating of 9.83 out of 10.
“Halfaker is thrilled to join the SBA Mentor-Protégé initiative with HigherEchelon,” said Halfaker President and CEO Dawn Halfaker. “This relationship presents an exciting opportunity which will improve and strengthen our services to our current federal customers as well as expand the reach of our respective capabilities into new industry areas.”
HigherEchelon partners Dr. Joe Ross and Paul Maggiano added: “We are grateful to join forces with the Halfaker Team. We have watched Dawn grow her company for many years and have been impressed with Halfaker’s professionalism and business acumen. We look forward to learning from and working with Halfaker, with an aim towards enhancing our service offerings to existing and future customers.”
