    Rick Wagner, president of ManTech’s Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group, was honored as the Intelligence Executive of the Year at the inaugural Pinnacle Awards.

    Among Wagner’s achievements this year alone are securing several multimillion-dollar cyber contracts, including:

    • $959 million for enterprise IT with a large defense agency for secure enterprise IT;
    • $669 million with the Department of Homeland Security for Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation
    • $158 million with the Air Force Space Command, and
    • $133 million with Army INSCOM

    Wagner is also a proponent of training that advances the careers of ManTech personnel who support the intelligence community and the Defense Department, the company said.

    “Rick Wagner provides vision, strategy and operations management of the company’s business with the Intelligence Community,” said Kevin Phillips, ManTech’s president and CEO. “Since joining ManTech in 2015 he has guided our emergence as one of the industry’s principal thought leaders in developing and delivering innovative technology solutions for the IC.”

    The 2018 Pinnacle Awards, which honor leaders and influencers in the GovCon space, were presented by WashingtonExec Nov. 5.

    Winners were named from list of 50 finalists across 13 categories.
