    IronArch Technology Wins VA Cloud Support Services Contract

    IronArch Technology has been awarded a contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs for cloud services.

    The contract has a 1-year base period with two options years.

    Under the contract, IronArch will help the agency’s IT shop implement cloud-first policy solutions, the company said. Specifically, the contract calls for IronArch will review, analyze and recommend enhancements to the VA enterprise cloud architecture.

    The company will also be responsible for monitoring and tracking cloud application performance, reviewing and verifying the quality of implementation of service requests, and analyzing account management practices with recommended improvements.

    “We are proud and excited to begin this support of the VA in their move to cloud-based services that will provide the needed support for our veterans,” said Joe Punaro, President of IronArch. “As a combat veteran myself, being able to provide this support to the VA and for the veteran community is especially rewarding and I know the team is as committed to this program’s success as I am.”
