Tysons, Virginia-based tech firm Trowbridge & Trowbridge is among the fastest-growing privately held companies in the nation, according to new rankings.

Trowbridge & Trowbridge is ranked No. 2384 on the Inc. 5000 list. The company first earned a spot in the rankings in 2011 where it ranked No. 437. The company has also earned a spot in the rankings in 2016, 2013 and 2012.

“We are honored to have earned a position on the Inc 5000 again this year,” said Trowbridge President and CEO Karen Trowbridge. “Our dedicated team works hard to foster a corporate culture where employees are engaged and customers are happy, which has helped enable consistent organic growth over the last ten years.”

T&T credited repeat business and contract expansion with helping the firm grow from a small woman-owned business to a solid mid-tier firm.

“Our fifth placement on this list in only a handful of years is evidence that our decisions to invest in our people and partnerships was the right strategy,” said Trowbridge Chief Operating Officer Cass Panciocco. “We’ll continue to leverage our robust past performance and internal resources to win new opportunities, invest in new technologies, and grow the business while advancing our customers’ missions.”
