Constellis has tapped former CIA officer and a Leidos’ defense and intelligence president as chief executive, according to a company announcement.

Tim Reardon takes over for Constellis Founder Jason DeYonker, who is retiring. Co-Founder and President Dean Bosacki is also retiring. Both DeYonker and Bosacki will continue advise the company on corporate strategy and acquisitions.

“Tim is an experienced leader who is uniquely qualified to guide the Company through the next phase of its strategic growth,” DeYonker said. “Tim brings to Constellis more than 20 years of delivering solutions and operational support services to government and commercial customers worldwide, including expertise in national security, risk management, cyber, advanced analytics, enterprise information technology, logistics and C4ISR. As founders, Dean and I are very excited about the future of Constellis under Tim’s leadership.”

Reardon thanked Constellis’ board of directors for the opportunity “to lead this growing and dynamic company.”

“I look forward to working with the experienced and talented team at Constellis and delivering the highest standards of service and safety to our clients and value to our investors,” he added.
