Pat Herrity has joined Intelligent Waves LLC as new chief financial officer, reporting directly to President and CEO Jared Shepard.

Taking on his new role, Herrity will bring expertise in strategic planning, finance, operations, administration, tax strategies, technology commercialization, and profit and loss management.

“We are glad to welcome Pat to the Intelligent Waves team,” Shepard said. “There is no doubt that he will make an immediate impact as we continue to grow our organization. Pat’s ability to lead business operations and financial management in a competitive industry such as government contracting, while remaining focused on serving and supporting his company’s customers and community is impressive. We look forward to leveraging Pat’s expertise as we expand our global footprint and integrate new innovative technologies that will truly transform government operations.”

“It is a very exciting time to join Intelligent Waves as they lead the transformation of mobile technologies with solutions such as Hypori, a virtual mobile infrastructure (VMI) platform, and GrayPath, a software-defined network (SDN),” Herrity said. “Jared and his team are passionate about technology and maintain a relentless focus on the mission. I’m glad to be a part of an organization that believes in creating game-changing solutions for their customers.”

Herrity will lead IW’s corporate operations including finance and contract management as well as oversee human resources, facilities and IT management. He spent three decades in leadership roles in multiple fast-growing, small to mid-sized government contractors and technology companies. He previously directed finance, accounting, operations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and all aspects of administration.
