IT consulting firm Buchanan & Edwards announced it has bolstered its partnership with ServiceNow, achieving Bronze Services Partner tier status with the Silicon Valley platform-as-a-service provider.

BE also holds Authorized Training Provider status with ServiceNow, which provides a suite of IT, HR, security and customer service applications.

“Achieving Bronze Services Partner status is a significant milestone for our ServiceNow practice, and we’re excited to offer increased solutions for our customers who are driving toward digital transformation,” said Mohamed Elansary, vice president of strategic initiatives at Buchanan & Edwards. “This is a crucial time for federal IT modernization because there are still many agencies in need of upgrades to support improved efficiencies. ServiceNow is an amazingly powerful part of our solutions tool kit that can help rapidly advance modernization programs to meet mission-critical scenarios.”

BE launched its ServiceNow practice in 2016 and hired Dewayne Kendall last year to run the program. The company said it has successfully launched and deployed several ServiceNow applications for customers across the federal government.

“We’ve had an incredible year of success working with customers and partners to implement ServiceNow to help improve efficiencies and streamline business processes,” Kendall said. “We’re eager to maximize deployment of the ServiceNow platform across more government agencies so we can bring greater savings and productivity to more of our customers.”
