The doors are now open for Advanced Concepts and Technologies International’s Huntsville, Alabama, location. The company also has named Shawn M. Boykin as a business development executive.

“Huntsville is a strategic market opportunity for ACT I,” said Neil F. Albert, president of ACT I. “We believe our growth and success depends on our ability to efficiently and effectively expand into the Huntsville market. We are excited to have someone of Shawn’s professional caliber lead our initiatives. Shawn’s extensive experience in business development and management will be an asset to the company’s expanding efforts.”

Boykin will serve as the liaison to support partners and customers and to find opportunities for the company. Before ACT I, Boykin was president of CGM Systems, and has served as BD director for Vencore and AECOM Inc. He was in the U.S. Marine Corp. Reserves for eight years and has been an active member of the Huntsville community for 18 years.
