In his new role, Schmitt is charged with continuing to execute programs that enjoy high levels of customer satisfaction and he will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities which leverage the talents and dedication of HSG employees.

“I’ve asked Ted to ensure that he maintains HSG’s focus on delivering quality to our customers. Enabling our customers to meet their own goals and continuing to maintain focus on our employees is vital,” said Tom Ferrando, the company’s president and CEO. “This is a well-deserved promotion and the logical next step for Ted. I am confident his leadership will continue to foster our growth and provide the best service to our clients.”
