Salient CRGT, Inc. announced the promotion of Stephen Goehler from vice president to senior vice president of strategic operations reporting directly to Tom Ferrando, president and CEO. In his new role, Goehler will be responsible for creating and reporting on corporate key performance indicators, establishing rhythm and discipline for operational program reviews, establishing the methodology for pipeline forecasts and providing oversight of quality activities leading to improved service and consistent delivery for the company’s customers.
Goehler joined Salient CRGT in 2017 (via the acquisition of Information Innovators Inc. or Triple-i) as vice president, supporting the integration of Triple-i into Salient CRGT. He worked to establish financial trend reporting/analysis and program review methodology and supported various strategic initiatives across the company. Goehler had been with Triple-i since 2011. As vice president, administration and manager of the Enterprise Program Management Office, he was responsible for the strategic direction of core corporate administrative functions, including facilities, quality (ISO and CMMI) and security.
At Triple-i, Goehler created and managed the program management office, an internal team responsible for providing program support to more than 55 government contracts representing over $200 million in annual revenue. The office enabled program managers to focus on staff, performance and customers. The program created efficiencies through consolidation of resources and provided better visibility of program health to executive leadership.
“I’ve asked Steve to ensure that accountability and metrics continue to be an integral piece of our culture and are included in everything we do here.” said Ferrando, Salient CRGT’s president and CEO. “This is a well-deserved promotion and the logical next step for Steve. I appreciate his fresh perspective and optimism and I am confident his leadership will continue to foster our growth and provide the best service to our clients.”
