Salient CRGT, Inc. has announced that Rebecca Miller is joining the company as sector president. Rebecca will be responsible for program execution along with leading and driving growth in the company’s health and civilian agencies division.
Rebecca has more than 23 years of corporate strategy and new business development experience built on organic growth and M&A at publicly traded and private-equity-backed companies. She has built top-performing businesses and teams, driving double-digit revenue and profit growth outperforming the market.
“It’s an honor to join Salient CRGT,” Miller said. “Their energy and passion for excellence is contagious. The company’s commitment and service to their customers, employees, and culture encourages collaboration and creativity. I look forward to working with the team to further drive and enhance the Health and Civilian Agencies division.”
Rebecca previously served as the vice president for growth for the civilian division at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), leading a team of business development, capture and proposal professionals to support the growth objectives for the $3.5 billion division serving 13 Cabinet-level agencies. Prior to GDIT, Rebecca was the vice president of the Health and Civil growth team at CSRA, a $1.7 billion group, where she led this group to quarter over quarter growth for 10 consecutive quarters with awards over $3 billion in a budget constrained federal market.
“I am thrilled to have Rebecca join our team and feel she is the perfect fit for our corporate culture and strategic direction.” said Tom Ferrando, president and CEO of Salient CRGT, Inc. “I have asked Rebecca to leverage Salient CRGT’s outstanding capabilities, delivery teams and Innovation Centers to bring these solutions to new and existing customers.”
