WashingtonExec: If you could go back and give your younger self career and/or life advice, what would you say?
Baroni: I would tell my younger self to live life more intentionally. Focus on your choices and make every day count. Also, I would tell him to not look for immediate gratification, but to live a purposeful, disciplined life. No one wants to end up on the other side of the curve thinking of what could have been. I would also tell my younger self to realize how important your legacy is and will be to your future wife and family, and remember to have fun along the way.
