Attain, LLC has announced it is one of three firms to be awarded the Securities and Exchange Commission’s One IT indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract.

Expected to be the primary vehicle for the SEC to acquire information technology services over the next 10 years, the contract is valued at $2.5 billion and covers enterprise IT services for the agency across six channels, including platform and applications development, operations and maintenance, business solutions delivery, information security, data management and analytics, IT governance and technology business management.

“Attain is honored to be selected among an elite group by the SEC for continued delivery of information technology services to the agency on the One IT contract,” said Attain President and COO Manish Agarwal. “Through this project, we will leverage Attain’s deep expertise in digital transformation, our consultative approach to business solutions, and robust delivery excellence program supported by CMMI-DEV ML5. We are committed to supporting the SEC as it continues to transform and innovate in support of its vital mission to protect investors and maintain fair, orderly and efficient markets,” he said.
