Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC (T&T), a federal systems integrator delivering transformational technology solutions, has announced an expansion to its business development team. The company has appointed Joe Mayo to the position of Vice President of Civilian Programs.

In this capacity, Mayo reports to T&T Chief Operating Officer Cass Panciocco and will leverage over 20 years of industry experience to provide leadership and oversight of T&T’s customer-facing civilian agency operations and service-delivery functions. He will also manage all civilian agency business development initiatives, which focus on the design, development, implementation and improvement of industry leading solutions to federal customers in civil markets, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice Customs Border Patrol related initiatives.

“We are extremely pleased and fortunate to have Joe join our executive leadership team,” Panciocco said. “Leveraging his prior success in the GovCon marketplace will enable T&T to continue our growth initiatives and enter new customer segments and enhance our already strong customer relationships with our clients and partners.”

Mayo was most recently the Delivery Manager for NTT Data’s DHS practice. Prior to that he held senior positions with a variety of federal technology companies, leading each to new levels of growth and success.
