Technology solutions company Electrosoft has changed up its executive team, moving its former chief operating officer into a new role as executive vice president of customer solutions and bringing on a new hire as senior vice president of operations.
Tony Myers-Burton assumed the position of executive vice president of customer solutions effective April 9, after serving as the company’s COO since January 2017. The company also welcomed Mike Tillman as the company’s senior vice President of operations.
“I look forward to working with Tony and Mike in their respective roles,” Electrosoft president and CEO Sarbari Gupta said. “Tony did an outstanding job as our COO, and I expect he will exceed those achievements in his new role. I welcome Tony to his new strategic role within the company.”
As COO, Myers-Burton restructured Electrosoft’s go-to-market strategy, operational alignment and financials to establish a foundation for growth and expansion, the company said. In his new role, he is responsible for developing new IT services and expanding current offerings, according to the company.
Tillman, who brings more than 25 years of executive-level leadership to Electrosoft, has worked in operations and program management with federal contracting firms of every size, the company said. As senior vice president of operations, Electrosoft expects him to aid the company’s growth by streamlining and enhancing operations to maintain customer and employee satisfaction as the company penetrates new markets.
“Mike’s addition to the team completes the management structure needed to achieve our three-year strategic growth objectives,” Gupta said. “His background leading operations in much larger organizations will be invaluable as we pursue this phase of rapid growth. I am delighted to welcome Mike to the Electrosoft family and possess every confidence he is the right man for the job.”
