    Buchanan & Edwards Promotes VP of Talent Management

    Kathy Rondon, Buchanan & Edwards

    IT consulting firm Buchanan & Edwards has promoted Kathy Rondon, formerly chief operating officer at B&E subsidiary Reports and Requirements Company LLC, known as R2C, to serve as the company’s vice president of talent management.

    Rondon co-founded R2C, which Buchanan & Edwards acquired in 2017, with R2C CEO Katrina Barlow. As vice president of talent management, Rondon will focus on training and career development Buchanan & Edwards employees.

    Rondon is a a former government employee specializing in collection management, and she has more than 25 years of experience in the national security arena.

    “We are excited to have Kathy join our talent management team,” Buchanan & Edwards President Dennis Kelly said. “Her extensive experience within management and intelligence will be an asset as we further expand talent acquisition initiatives to support company growth and customer needs.”

    Dave Villani has been promoted to chief operating officer at R2C, and will be responsible for the daily operations. Villani, who joined R2C in 2015, has almost a decade of experience as a contract specialist, and has previously worked for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy and in the intelligence community.

    “Dave has been an incredible asset to our team and our customers in the intelligence community for many years, and we are thrilled to have him step up into the role of COO,” Barlow said. “I am confident that his experience in contracts and operations management will be instrumental in ensuring success in the critical work we do daily to support our nation.”
