Information Innovators Inc., a subsidiary of Salient CRGT, has been awarded a blanket purchase agreement to provide IT engineering to the Health and Human Services Department.

The BPA, worth up to $139 million, covers a wide range of engineering services for the HHS Office of Information Technology Infrastructure and Operations. The BPA was awarded under the Next Generation IT Services solicitation, through the GSA-IT-70 contract vehicle.

“This win will expand our 10-year partnership with HHS, by providing a wide range of next generation IT engineering services and IT best practices to the healthcare community,” Salient CRGT President Tom Ferrando said. “We are proud to support HHS with proven sophisticated technologies that will enable them to provide effective health and human services.”

The NGITS Engineering award is Salient CRGT’s third award through the NGITS effort, following previous BPAs in the areas of IT operations and application hosting, the company said. The NGITS Engineering contract covers services including endpoint engineering; infrastructure engineering; email engineering; unified communications and collaboration; enterprise mobile management; print server engineering; and support for the engineering test lab.
