Primescape Solutions to Rebrand As HighPoint After Acquisition

HighPoint Global has announced the recently acquired Primescape Solutions will become a part of the HighPoint brand.

HighPoint, which focuses on improving the government’s interactions with citizens, acquired Primescape in October 2017, and it said the acquisition brought new strengths in digital strategies, software development and data services.

The new capabilities, which include contact center optimization, training and learning management, quality assurance and journey mapping, are a natural complement to HighPoint’s efforts to improve citizen experience, the company said.

“Our repertoire of solutions has been greatly enhanced by bringing the team at Primescape into the fold, and this rebranding is a result of the smooth integration of the two companies’ capabilities,” HighPoint Global CEO Ben Lanius said. “It’s been exciting to introduce our collective customers to our expanded capabilities and begin bidding on work that we never could have pursued alone.”

The combined company will continue to provide support to the full range of citizen touchpoints with government including websites, mobile apps, video, social media and call centers, HighPoint said.

HighPoint, based in Reston, Virginia, delivers services for 15 government clients including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Office of the Comptroller of Currency, the department of State and Housing and Urban Development and the Defense Logistics Agency.
