Trowbridge & Trowbridge has hired Cass Panciocco, recently an operating group president with ASRC Federal, as chief operating officer.
Panciocco will take the position effective March 5, and will report to T&T President & CEO Karen Trowbridge.
Trowbridge said her company was extremely fortunate to have Panciocco join an already strong executive management team.
“Leveraging his prior success in the GovCon marketplace will enable T&T to continue our business development expansion initiatives, sharpen our focus on unrestricted opportunities and enhance our already strong customer relationships with our clients and partners,” Trowbridge said.
Before joining T&T, Panciocco was operating group president of ASRC Federal’s Information Systems and Technology Group. He joined ASRC Federal when that company acquired Data Networks Corp., where he had been COO, in 2015. Panciocco has held senior leadership positions in high-growth professional service companies for the past 30 years including SIGNAL Corp., RS Information Systems and Greyhawk Systems, among others.
Panciocco will replace Chris Brandell, T&T’s long-term COO. Brandell will remain with the company as executive vice president, working closely with Panciocco while also focusing on the financial aspects of T&T’s business, T&T said. The company’s executive team includes Trowbridge, Panciocco, Brandell and Bob Smith, T&T chief administrative officer.
Panciocco had previously worked with members of T&T’s executive team during earlier jobs, adding to the company’s comfort level with the hire, Trowbridge added.
“Cass is hardly a newcomer to our team as he worked with Chris and Bob at RS Information Systems previously and with Bob prior to that at SIGNAL Corporation,” she said. “The team looks forward to making an immediate impact.”
Trowbridge and Trowbridge was named to the Washington Business Journal’s Fastest Growing Companies list for 2017, based on revenue growth for 2014, 2015 and 2016, placing 40th among the selected companies.
