InCadence Strategic Solutions Corp. has been awarded a place on the Alliant 2 Small Business governmentwide acquisition contract, enabling it to compete for future work under the $15 billion deal.

InCadence, which provides biometrics and identity management, data solutions, tactical communications and operational intelligence services, is one of an anticipated 80 awardees for the small business portion of the Alliant 2 contract, the company said.

“InCadence is a fast-growing, customer-focused business providing innovative technical solutions to our customers,” InCadence CEO Sandy Corbett said. “We are excited about this contract award and look forward to continuing to build on our strong partnership with GSA by providing best-in-class technical solutions for all federal agency customers.”

The General Services Administration administers the Alliant 2 Small Business, allowing agencies to purchase services including big data, cloud computing, cybersecurity, agile development, biometrics and identity management, sensors and radio frequency identification, data center consolidation, shared IT services, web analytics and hosting, software development, internet of things and related IT support services. Alliant 2 SB is a follow-on contract to the original Alliant small business contract, which was awarded in 2009. The contract has a base period of five years and five option years.

“InCadence was recently awarded a contract to provide the FBI with Integrated Biometrics’ fingerprint scanner devices…” or “fingerprint scanners from Integrated Biometrics.”

InCadence is based in Manassas, Virginia, and has been recognized among Washingtonian Magazine’s Great Places to Work,  as an Innovation Award Winner by Washington Business Journal, among other awards.
