On Nov. 3, Outcome Health announced the resignation of Operating Chief Vivek Kundra. His departure comes at a time when the company is investigating allegations that some clients were misled by employees.

In a statement given to the Wall Street Journal, Outcome CEO Rishi Shah said Kundra “made a family decision to move on while continuing to believe in the long-term vision for Outcome Health.”

“We are deeply grateful for all his contributions over the past year,” Shah added.

Numerous other top executives have left this past year. Those include the head of HR, two product chiefs, another operating chief and the chief growth officer.
