Anderson brings 10 years of experience, including serving as director of business development operations at Rigil Corp. and as capture manager and program manager at CACI International. He is a Leigh University graduate and earned his master’s degree from Villanova.

Karst most recently served as senior program manager of organizational effectiveness at Raytheon. Karst describes herself as “a natural leader and strategic thinker who faces problems head on.” With more than 15 years’ experience in organizational design and development, Karst will be developing and executing strategies to transform agency culture to drive innovation and focus on the citizen. She graduated and earned her Masters of Science in Organizational Behavior Communications from William Patterson University.

Monroe is joining HighPoint Global with previous experience at the General Services Administration. With her understanding and execution of CX strategy in the federal government, she is an asset to developing HighPoint Global’s customer experience, the company said.
