On Nov. 14 Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC announced the appointment of Amy Schartner to senior vice president of human resources and talent. In this role, Schartner will drive HR initiatives in support of Trowbridge’s strategic plans and growth.

Schartner will provide leadership in employee relations, compensation and benefits, along with talent acquisition and development.
Schartner has developed extensive HR experience in several industries as a certified senior professional in human resources. Her experience spans across the industries of health care consulting, government contracting and professional services.
