MacAulay-Brown, Inc. President and CEO Sid Fuchs will speak at ACG National Capital’s monthly meeting on July 21.

MacB hired Fuchs in 2011 to lead the company’s transformation during challenging conditions. Now a leading national security company with more than 1,500 employees worldwide, MacB provides engineering, cybersecurity and product solutions for federal agencies.

Fuchs authored “Get Off the Bench” and is widely recognized as a public speaker. He has more than 30 years of executive leadership and national security experience leading companies and organizations with annual revenues ranging from $100 million to more than $1.5 billion.

His speech is titled “The Transformation of MacAulay-Brown, Inc. — Surviving and Thriving in a Market Downturn.”

The meeting runs 7:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m. at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons Corner. The cost is $55 for members, $110 for non-members.

ACG National Capital has over 400 members in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and southern Maryland. The group aims to drive middle-market growth and increase deal flow, providing opportunities for networking, dealmaking and professional development for those involved in building corporate value through M&A, strategic partnerships, organic growth and capital funding.
