The Washington Post has named LGS Innovations among its 2017 top workplaces, making it the second year in a row the company receives the honor.

The Post’s “Top Workplaces” list highlights private, public, nonprofit and government agencies with the highest ratings from their employees in a survey by research firm Workplace Dynamics, LLC. Workplace culture aspects such as alignment, execution and connection were considered.

“We are so proud of the innovative, creative, talented, and intelligent people we have at LGS Innovations,” Kevin Kelly, CEO of LGS Innovations said in a statement. “The Top Workplaces award we received from The Washington Post is a testament to the dedication of our employees, whose hard work contributes to the success of both our company and our customers. We are truly honored.”

Award rankings were based on employee feedback from the Washington, D.C.-area workforce. One hundred and fifty companies were among the winners, and LGS was awarded in the mid-sized company category as the only technology company in its category.
