InCadence Strategic Solutions Corp. said Wednesday that it had been awarded a place on the U.S. Army’s $37.4 billion Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services contract, allowing it to compete for a wide variety of future work.

The Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services, or RS3, contract is a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity services contract that aims to provide the Army with customized solutions in areas of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) around the world, according to InCadence. The RS3 contract covers 10 years, with a maximum value of $37.4 billion, and its scope includes engineering; research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E); logistics; acquisition and strategic planning; and education and training services. The Army announced 55 awards on Monday, including InCadence’s award.

“This represents a tremendous opportunity for InCadence to continue to provide technical solutions and services in our areas of core competencies for the United States Army and to our government clients on a broader scale,” InCadence CEO Sandy Corbett said.

“We are deeply committed to continue to raise the bar through innovation and technology to support our military and national security efforts,” InCadence President Anthony Iasso said. “We look forward to delivering innovation and world class services to our Army customers through the RS3 contract.”
