    WashingtonExec Hosts Spring Winery Event

WashingtonExec hosted its annual family winery event at Bull Run winery last week. In support of its mission to serve as a platform to build trusted relationships, WashingtonExec focuses not just on opportunities for professional development, but for personal engagement too.

“It’s good to get to know your peers in business,” said WashingtonExec founder and CEO JD Kathuria, “but we all have lives outside the office that are as much a part of who we are as anything else.” Lasting relationships bring all of these elements together, he said. “That’s why we put so much focus on families, from our K-12 STEM Symposium to events like these.”

“The winery event was a fabulous informal event where local entrepreneurs gathered with their families to enjoy wine, food and stories in a beautiful setting,” said Jonathan Forster, the national chair of GreenbergTraurig’s Tax and Business group. GreenbergTraurig, along with Emirates, sponsored the event. There was fun for everyone, from face-painting to wine pairings.

“It was wonderful to meet so many families on what turned out to be a gorgeous day for everyone and we are pleased to be a sponsor of WashingtonExec,” said Radhika Chinoy. Emirates was just awarded ‘Best Airline in the World’ by TripAdvisor earlier this month. “We look forward to welcoming you and your families on your next trip.”

“It was great to see so many friendly faces and some new ones,” said Kathuria. “We’re looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.”
