    Vencore Appoints Kevin Boyle as Senior Vice President, General Counsel

    Kevin Boyle, Vencore, Inc.

    Vencore, Inc. recently announced the appointment of Kevin Boyle as senior vice president and general counsel. In this role, Boyle will lead all legal and ethics functions for Vencore as well as the management of the company’s contracts, procurement and property management organizations.

    Boyle joins Vencore with an established career with more than 20 years of legal and business experience. Most recently, Boyle served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at Alion Science and Technology Corporation. Prior to that, he held general counsel roles at MCR, Vangent and General Dynamics Information Technology, among others.

    Of Boyle’s appointment, Vencore CEO Mac Curtis released a statement saying: “Vencore is very excited to welcome Kevin as the newest member of our senior leadership team … He has extensive experience as a legal executive in successful corporate transactions, intellectual property oversight, procurement and government contracting law, which make him the ideal candidate to lead our legal and ethics functions. I am confident that he will play a pivotal role in executing the strategic goals of our company.”

    Boyle received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
