On March 2, members of the WashingtonExec community came together for a GovCon Executive Mixer at Chef Geoff’s in Tysons Corner, sponsored by Riverside Research and Phacil.
Executive mixers serve as a casual networking opportunity for executives to meet and catch up with members of various WashingtonExec councils and branches of government contracting.
“Our Phacil leadership team thoroughly enjoyed the WashingtonExec networking event at Chef Geoff’s,” said Mark Cabrey, president and chief operating officer of Phacil. “It was a great crowd and well attended. At Phacil, we look forward to expanding our participation and relationships within WashingtonExec, which in a few short months has already resulted in positive impact in our company.”
“It is our pleasure to co-sponsor this event as we establish a stronger presence in the National Capital Region,” said Dr. Steven Omick, president and CEO of Riverside Research. “We are excited to be moving our headquarters to D.C. and bringing a different approach to innovation. Our open innovation concept encourages internal and external collaboration with important members of industry and academia; many of whom are in this area. Through this collaboration, we strive to advance science and deliver trusted solutions in support of key customer organizations also located in the region.”
