TeraThink Corporation announced Feb. 13 the appointment of Rick Dansey as Senior Vice President. In this role, Dansey will oversee all strategic planning, operations and management for TeraThink’s defense programs. He brings more than 28 years of executive experience to the position.

“TeraThink continues to distinguish itself as pedigreed consultancy in the federal market,” company President and CEO Paul Lombardi said. “And, to ensure we continue on this path, we have to invest in seasoned executives like Rick. Rick brings proven executive level leadership, acquisition expertise and defense knowledge that will help to accelerate our growth and the delivery of excellent service. I look forward to working with him to meet our corporate goals and deliver on client promises.”

“I am excited to join the TeraThink team,” Dansey said. “Its outstanding reputation for talent, process discipline and tools are exactly what the government is looking for. What excites me the most is the opportunity to leverage TeraThink’s capabilities and work side by side with our government partners to deliver solutions to their critical issues.”

Prior to joining TeraThink, Dansey founded Ignitis LLC, where he developed growth strategies for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies focused on merger and acquisitions, large opportunity capture and new technology offerings. Dansey served as an officer at CACI for 16 years, most recently as an executive vice president and business group manager.
