    SAVE THE DATE: 2017 GovCon Symposium, Feb. 21, 2017

    The Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce will host the 2017 GovCon Symposium: Post-Transition Centers of Gravity on Feb. 21, 2017, at the Hilton McLean in Tysons Corner.

    The event will focus on the new administration and its implications on the government contracting industry during the next two fiscal years. A keynote presentation will feature an interview with Joe Jordan, CEO of FedBid and former administrator, Office Federal Procurement Policy and associate administrator of the Small Business Administration, moderated by Dr. John Hillen.

    The scheduled panels include:

    • Government Leaders – How can the new administration and the government contracting industry come together to further innovate and collaborate.
    • Strategies for Driving Value — How to pivot in the post-transition environment to address new opportunities and improve investment strategies.
    • Centers of Gravity — Navigating the post-transition marketplace to identify future contracting opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

    The cost to attend is $100/NVCC members and $125/non-NVCC members.
