    Joe Brock, Pragmatics

Pragmatics has won a spot on an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with the Defense Logistics Agency.

Pragmatics was one of 14 awardees for J6 Enterprise Technology Services in the “other than small business” category. The 8-year contract consists of a 5-year base period and a 3-year option period, with a maximum aggregate value of over $6 billion.

“We look forward to supporting the DLA J6 and its diverse logistics business community by providing the highest-quality information systems and customer support across geographically separated operating locations,” Pragmatics Chief Operating Officer Joe Brock said.

As an “other than small business” awardee, Pragmatics was required to establish a Contractor Team Arrangement; Pragmatics’ two CTA members are Celerity Government Solutions (dba Xcelerate Solutions) and Eiden Systems Corp. The team also includes more than two dozen subcontractors.

The contract will provide the full range of IT services, technical and management expertise that supports applications, software, hardware, infrastructure and systems across the DLA IT Enterprise. Support will be provided for IT solutions, technical support, maintenance and sustainment; operations support; and application development and lifecycle management.

While JETS will primarily support DLA IT services requirements, the contract also allows for ordering by other Defense Department agencies.
