Chantilly, Virginia-based information technology solutions provider NJVC announced Dec. 19 the promotion of three to its leadership team: Patrick O’Neil as senior vice president of operations; Dr. Susan Hall as chief technology officer; and Robert Jeffrey “Jeff” Bongianino as VP of business development.

“NJVC owes our legacy of mission-driven performance excellence to our exceptional team, and Patrick O’Neil, Sue Hall and Jeff Bongianino exemplify our finest qualities of leadership and expertise,” NJVC General Manager Mike Owens said. “Under their experienced and innovative leadership, I am confident in NJVC’s future as we continue to offer world-class support to our customers.”

O’Neil is responsible for all day-to-day company operations, including leadership of all customer-facing programs, technology solutions and corporate capabilities, research and development, and the associated human capital. He assumes this new role in conjunction with his position as program manager of the Information Technology/Information Services Program with NJVC’s anchor intelligence community customer.

Hall is responsible for developing the company’s service offerings and technology roadmap. She also oversees research and development at NJVC’s Center for Technology Integration and the operations of the office of the chief information officer and corporate IT, as well as driving technical architecture by managing NJVC’s chief architect and chief engineer.

Bongianino is responsible for all aspects of the business development and sales activities of the company, including developing strategic partnerships with key industry players, growing service offerings, creating and executing business strategies, and new business capture.
