Dovel Technologies announced Jan. 4 the appointment of Damon Griggs as chief operating officer. In this newly created role, Griggs will oversee daily operations for the company, including building and scaling the organization, as well as ensuring customers’ mission performance objectives are achieved.
“As we continue to grow Dovel, it is critical that we maintain our focus on exceeding customer expectations with innovative solutions that has been the hallmark of our work to date,” Dovel CEO Paul Leslie said. “I am excited to bring Damon onto the executive management team and look forward to working with him to mature our organization in support of our growing and diverse customer base.”

I look forward to helping expand the company’s footprint in our federal health agencies as well as new markets across government.”
Griggs most recently served as President and COO at InScope International Inc.
