    STG Group Names Paul Rempfer SVP of Business Development

    STG Group Inc. has appointed Paul Rempfer senior vice president of business development. In this role, he will work with STG senior leadership, and have management and operational oversight of the company’s capture, business development and proposal management organizations.

    “We are very excited to have Paul leading our business development team,” STG President Phil Lacombe said. “We believe that his understanding of critical national security missions and the cyber environment will enable us to continue expanding our support for key government customers. I am very familiar with Paul’s success in leading complex capture efforts and diverse business development teams and am delighted to have him on the STG leadership team.”

    “I’m excited to be joining a true industry leader like STG with its unwavering commitment to staying ahead of the curve with innovative solutions in the defense of our nation,” Rempfer said. “I’m looking forward to helping STG grow and succeed in the near future.”

    Rempfer brings more than 20 years of executive experience to the position, having led business development organizations that have captured more than $2 billion in contracts across cybersecurity, intelligence and critical infrastructure domains. He previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., ManTech International Corporation, General Dynamics Corporation, Secure Mission Solutions, Inc. and Noblis.

    Rempfer earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
